In early 2009 we were appointed by the Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust to cast our beady eyes over, an ill-conceived inwards looking, mixed use development, Walton Court, Aylesbury that was probably the pariah of the town and considered by many to be a carbuncle that should be raised to the ground. In the economic climate demolition and rebuild was not an option and we believe in "creative up-cycling" of developments.
