From 2012 to 2023, HemingwayDesign conceived and curated the Vintage New Year’s Eve Spectacular at the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank. Each year, the venue was transformed into a fully immersive vintage experience, featuring five themed pop-up nightclubs with live bands, DJs, dance lessons, themed bars, photo studios, overlooking the Thames for London’s world-famous fireworks.
Drawing over 3,000 guests annually, the event celebrated music and style across decades — from pop and soul to funk, disco, and house. Guests could step into the elegance of the 1930s at The Torch Club, channel Studio 54 energy at Disco Royale, pick up dance classics in the Land of a Thousand Dances, enjoy cocktails and global sounds in the High Lounge, or hit Bar Bonkers for a full-throttle 80s and 90s set.
